Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 jar Pepper, mild
  • 300 g sheep’s cheese
  • 250 g pasta
  • 500g tzatziki
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • 4 tsp gyro seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Wonderfully suitable for parties.

Cut the pepperoni into approximately 1 cm pieces and dice the cheese. Season the ground beef with the gyro seasoning and sear it in a pan. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and let cool. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Season to taste with the garlic paste.
