Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ celery root
- 2 small carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp, heaped sour cream
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar, light
Instructions

Raw vegetables – fresh summer salad
Peel the celery and carrots and then finely grate them. Peel the apple and coarsely grate it. Mix all ingredients with sour cream, salt, sugar, and vinegar.
