Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 50 g semolina
- 1 bag(s) of dry yeast
- 1 tbsp margarine or butter
- 250 ml water, warm
- 1 medium-sized apple, finely grated
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
makes 12 pieces.
Knead all ingredients thoroughly, without the pre-dough. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide the dough into 12 equal-sized portions. Shape each portion into a roll and place it on the baking sheet, leaving some space. Cut a small notch in the top if necessary. Let the rolls rise for about 20 minutes. Preheat the oven and bake the rolls at 175°C for about 25 minutes after rising.
