Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp clove powder
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 250 g hazelnuts, whole
  • 90 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then stir in the remaining ingredients one at a time, carefully folding in the hazelnuts. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the batter on it. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. After baking, cut into approximately 4 x 5 cm pieces and enjoy.
