Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 175 g butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some milk for whisking
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 57 minutes

very, very tasty

Quickly knead the first four ingredients into a smooth dough and chill for 1-1.5 hours. Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm and cut out cookies. Brush with the egg yolk, whisked with milk, and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 175°C (convection oven).
