Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 orange(s)
- 250 g apricot(s)
- ½ melon(s) (cantaloupe)
- 200 ml orange juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Juice the orange. Pit the apricots, then puree them with the melon pulp and orange juice. Divide between two glasses, garnish as desired, and serve.
