Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 apple
- 4 strawberries
- 200 ml orange juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
First, wash the fruit thoroughly. Cut off the strawberry stems. Quarter and core the apple, and peel and chop the banana. Place the prepared ingredients in a blender and add the orange juice. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, use a little less orange juice. Puree everything in the blender and pour the smoothie into a glass.
