Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 90 g red currants
- ½ small apple
- 160 g coconut yoghurt (yoghurt alternative)
- 150 ml almond drink
- 1 tbsp erythritol (sugar substitute) or sweetener of your choice
- 1 pinch(s) vanilla, ground

Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Wash the apple half and remove only the stem and blossom, also cutting into pieces. Wash the currants and remove them from the stems with a fork. Place the fruit and all other ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about 1-1.5 minutes. Alternatively, you can puree with an immersion blender. This will leave the currant seeds intact.
