Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 175 g desiccated coconut
  • 250 g oat flakes, fine
  • 100 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

makes about 50 pieces

Combine margarine, sugar, and egg in a bowl and beat until fluffy. Add desiccated coconut, oats, milk, and baking powder and knead. Using 2 teaspoons, place small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
