Marshmallow Mocha Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 marshmallows
  • 125 ml coffee, strong
  • 50 g dark chocolate shavings
  • 1 sheet of gelatin
  • Water for soaking
  • 300 ml cream
  • optionally chocolate shavings for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

a quick, delicious dessert

Soak the gelatin in a little water. Combine the marshmallows, coffee, and chocolate shavings in a saucepan and heat gently until the marshmallows and chocolate have melted. Remove the pan from the heat. Whip the cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Squeeze out the gelatin and stir it into the marshmallow mixture. Then carefully fold this mixture into the cream. Pour into 4 dessert bowls and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
