Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g tagliatelle, cooked
- 30 g butter
- 500 g prawn(s), peeled
- 3 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 1 onion(s), red, diced
- 60 g bacon, diced, cooked
- 400 g leaf spinach, fresh or frozen
- 330 ml cream
- 170 g Parmesan, grated
- 15 g parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Melt the butter in a hot pan. Fry the prawns in the butter until browned. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove the prawns from the pan using tongs and set aside. Briefly sauté the garlic and onions in the same butter. Immediately add the bacon. Once everything has browned, add the spinach to the pan. Then add the cream and let everything simmer briefly. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in a pan of salted water. Add the drained pasta to the pan with the sauce. Mix everything together well. Now add the Parmesan cheese, parsley and prawns and mix everything together again.
