Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Cake icing, pink and decorative pearls

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Knead all ingredients together thoroughly and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut out hearts. Place the cookies on a wire rack or baking sheet and bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 10-20 minutes. Let cool after baking. Cover with pink sugar and decorate with the decorative pearls.
