Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 300 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 5 egg whites
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grease a Bundt cake pan well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cream softened butter in a bowl until creamy, then gradually add the sugar. Add the egg yolks and beat everything until thick and creamy. Mix the flour and baking powder, sift them over the egg mixture, and mix well. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then carefully fold them in. Divide the batter into three portions, mix one third with cocoa and 2 tablespoons of sugar. First, fill the Bundt cake pan with a layer of light batter, then the dark batter, and finally the light batter again. Use a fork to make spirals from top to bottom through the batter. Preheat oven. Bake on the middle rack at 180°C for about 60 minutes. Let cool, then turn out. Dust the cold cake with powdered sugar.
