Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • 250 ml milk
  • 7 slices of ham
  • n. B. Nutmeg
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

for about 15 pieces

Combine the flour and baking powder. Add the salt, grated cheese, and milk and mix with a spoon. Add the ham and season with nutmeg, pepper, or other spices. Pour into muffin cups and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for about 20 minutes.
