Quick chocolate slices

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 4 bars of chocolate (cooking chocolate)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ¼ liter sour milk
  • 3 cup(s) plain flour
  • jam
  • 1 pack of cake icing (chocolate)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Melt the margarine and cooking chocolate in a double boiler. Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy, then fold in the melted chocolate mixture. Mix the baking powder with the flour and stir into the batter along with the sour milk. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. For the glaze: Spread the cake with jam and drizzle with chocolate glaze (I use a ready-made one).
