Pasta with cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, cooked (e.g. from the day before), about
  • 200 g cream cheese (e.g. with paprika)
  • 100 g cooked ham or raw ham
  • 1 shot of milk
  • possibly vegetables (e.g. tomatoes, bell pepper(s), spring onions)
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan. Then add the pasta and ham and fry briefly. Add any chopped vegetables, if desired. Add a splash of milk and the cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper, depending on the type of cream cheese and your taste.
