Apple, honey, and cinnamon muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 40 g honey
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 140 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 40 ml oil
  • 90 ml milk
  • 35 g brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Makes 6 muffins. Wash, peel, core, and dice the apple. Combine the honey, egg, oil, milk, and brown sugar in a bowl and whisk together. Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt and add to the egg mixture, stirring to combine. Add the chopped apple to the batter and fold in. Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper baking cups and bake in the oven at approximately 170 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
