Nectarine chocolate muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 nectarine(s)
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 140 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 40 ml oil
  • 90 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash the nectarine, halve it, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into small cubes. Finely chop the dark chocolate. Whisk the milk with the oil, egg, and sugar. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt and add to the egg mixture. Add the nectarine cubes and chopped chocolate to the batter and fold in. Pour the batter into a 6-cup muffin tin lined with paper baking cups and bake at approximately 170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
