Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (sponge cake)
- 500 ml Cremefine
- 400 g cream cheese, e.g. Philadelphia Balance or yogurt
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 500 g strawberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Chop the strawberries into small pieces. Set aside 2 or 3 for garnish. Combine all the cream ingredients (except the strawberries) in a bowl and whisk until a stiff cream forms. Finally, fold in the strawberries. Spread the cream in a dome shape over the sponge cake and decorate with the remaining strawberries. You can also use cake glaze if you like.
