Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 2 ½ tbsp flour (wheat flour), type 405
- 4 ½ tbsp sugar
- 20 g pudding powder, vanilla
- 200 ml milk
- 750 g strawberries, washed and cleaned
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pack of cake glaze, red
- Sweetener, as desired
- 20 g almonds, sliced and lightly roasted

Great for those who want to enjoy themselves despite losing weight – quick and easy
First, make a sponge cake with the eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, the salt, and the flour (see the basic sponge cake recipe for exact instructions). Make a pudding with the custard powder, milk, and the remaining sugar, and spread it on the baked and cooled sponge cake while it is still warm. (Please leave it in the ring!) Then arrange the strawberries on top (or halve them depending on their size). Prepare the glaze and spread it over the strawberries. Now remove the strawberry cake from the ring and decorate the edges with almonds. Done! If you like, you can also make the glaze with sugar; it’s a matter of taste. And there’s also room for a dollop of whipped cream. For the WW fans among you: 1 piece has 1.5 P’s.
