Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 500 g yogurt
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- ½ lemon(s), juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Refreshingly fruity
Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the stone. Then halve the lemon and squeeze the juice of one half into a bowl. Add the cane sugar, powdered sugar, yogurt, and mango and blend well until smooth. Pour into two glasses. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve with a straw.
