Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 cl gin
  • 1 ½ cl strawberry syrup
  • 1 ½ cl elderflower syrup or elderflower liqueur
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • Tonic water
  • 1 mint leaf for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fruity summer long drink

Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker and strain into a highball glass. Add a few ice cubes and top with chilled tonic water. Garnish with a mint leaf, if desired.
