Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • some ice cubes
  • 6 cl coconut liqueur (Malibu Coconut Rum)
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 9 cl pineapple juice
  • 3 cl Blue Curaçao
  • some sparkling wine
  • 1 lime slice(s)
  • some mint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fill a cocktail or wine glass with ice cubes. Add Malibu, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and finally Blue Curaçao according to the measurements and stir for a vibrant color. Top up the glass with sparkling wine and garnish with a lime slice and some fresh mint, if desired.
