Mushroom pan with turkey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g turkey breast, strips
  • 350 g mushrooms
  • 350 g leek
  • ¾ liter chicken broth
  • ½ liter white wine
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • nutmeg
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the leek and cut into rings, quarter the mushrooms and wash them too, brown the turkey meat well and then add the leek and mushrooms, deglaze with the wine and top up with the stock, let the whole thing simmer for a while, finally add the cream cheese and season to taste, sprinkle with basil.
