Creamed meat with Ebly

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cup(s) wheat (Ebly)
  • 400 g chicken or turkey, shredded
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • ⅛ liter broth
  • 20 g flour
  • 1 tbsp mustard (tarragon mustard)
  • ¼ liter sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prepare the Ebly according to the package instructions. Peel and dice the onion and sauté in a little melted butter. Now add the meat and sauté it as well. Drain the mushrooms and add them. Season with salt and pepper, pour in the broth, and simmer for a few minutes. Add the flour and mix well. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the tarragon mustard, and finish with sour cream and parsley. Arrange the meat on plates and serve with the Ebly.
