Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 large mushrooms
  • 2 onions, red
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems. Cut the stems into small pieces. Dice the onions and garlic cloves and fry lightly in oil. Add the mushroom stems, season lightly with pepper and paprika, and continue frying briefly. Dice the tomatoes. Place the onions and mushroom stems in a bowl, add the chopped tomatoes and half of the grated cheese, and mix everything gently. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture, place in a baking dish, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted) on the middle rack for 15 minutes.
