Strawberry-Papaya Daiquiri

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300g papaya
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 handful of cane sugar
  • 4 cl rum, e.g. Brugal
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 300 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Then pour the drink and enjoy. You can also use frozen strawberries; just omit the ice cubes. Add the rum to taste. I even used a little more than directed. The fruit weight doesn’t have to be exactly the same; it’s important to keep the ratio the same.
