Peach Raspberry Spritz

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cl peach liqueur (Peachtree)
  • 2 cl raspberry syrup
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 200 ml carbonated mineral water
  • some ice cubes
  • e.g. raspberries, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

The drink is best served in a whiskey glass (approx. 300 ml). Pour the peach liqueur and lemon juice into the glass. To give the drink a color separation, as shown in the photo, add mineral water first, followed by the raspberry syrup. However, since this requires stirring, some of the carbonation will be lost. If the appearance isn’t important, I recommend adding the raspberry syrup first and then topping with mineral water. Finally, add some ice cubes and serve. If desired, garnish the drink with frozen raspberries.
