Tagliatelle with Serrano ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g tagliatelle
  • salt water
  • 100 g raw ham (Serrano or Parma)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some butter
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • some parsley, flat, fresh
  • e.g. Parmesan
  • e.g. Ciabatta

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Briefly fry the shredded ham in the butter. Pour in the milk, bring to a boil, and reduce slightly. Season the can of tomatoes with salt and pepper and add the crushed garlic clove. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions. Near the end of the cooking time, add crème fraîche or similar and the finely chopped fresh parsley. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve. Serve with Parmesan cheese and ciabatta.
