Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g watermelon(s), preferably seedless, weighed without peel
- 250 g cucumber(s), organic, pitted
- 250 g mango(s), without peel and stone
- 1 small onion(s), red
- 1 chili pepper(s), pitted, amount according to spiciness and taste
- 2 tbsp mint leaves, cut into fine strips
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Dice the melon, cucumber, and mango. Peel and finely chop the onion. Finely chop the chili pepper. Mix the juice, spices, and oil to make a marinade. Mix everything well and let it chill for about 20 minutes. Season again before serving.
