Cream – cucumbers with mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 kg cucumber(s)
  • 30 g butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 200 g processed cheese with ham
  • 2 tbsp dill, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash, trim, and halve the mushrooms. Peel, halve, deseed, and roughly dice the cucumbers. Heat butter in a saucepan, sauté the mushrooms for 3 minutes, season with pepper, add the cucumbers, and season with salt. Continue sautéing for another 3 minutes. Pour in the cream, cover the pan, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the melted cheese flakes, stir, and melt. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with dill. Serve with herbed rice.
