Quark with wild herbs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 handful of herbs (e.g. ground elder, wild garlic, ground ivy, lesser celandine, dandelion leaves)
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g yogurt
  • ½ onion(s), finely diced or grated
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sort the herbs, wash them, spin them dry, and finely chop them. Mix the quark with the yogurt and onions. Crush the garlic with salt and stir in along with the herbs.
