Mascarpone and quark dream with red fruit compote

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 6 tbsp eggnog
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 500 g red fruit compote, of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients, except the fruit compote, with a blender or hand blender until creamy. Pour the mixture into a container or divide it between small glasses. Spread the fruit compote over the mascarpone mixture. It’s best to refrigerate overnight before serving.
