Pasta with tuna, shrimp and crayfish

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g spaghetti or other Italian pasta
  • 125 g tuna, from the can
  • 125 g king prawns, pre-cooked
  • 125 g crayfish, pre-cooked
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • a few stalks of flat-leaf parsley
  • 400 g tomatoes, from the can
  • some cream, optional
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

in tomato sauce

Finely dice the shallot, garlic, and chili pepper and sauté in olive oil. Stir in the chopped parsley and sauté briefly. Add the canned tomatoes and simmer over low heat. Drain the tuna and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Just before the pasta is done, add the tuna, king prawns, and crayfish to the sauce. Heat briefly, then set the sauce aside. Season with salt and pepper, and add a little cream if desired. Serve the sauce with the cooked pasta.
