Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g spaghetti
- 400 g leaf spinach, frozen
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pack of frozen salmon
- 1 pack of frozen shrimp
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, Italian
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Thaw the spinach, salmon, and shrimp. Bring salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente. In the meantime, finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice the salmon. Brown everything in a large pan or wok in a little oil. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan with the spinach, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Add 1 large ladleful of the pasta water to the pan and simmer. Drain the spaghetti, do not rinse under any circumstances, and toss well in the pan with the other ingredients. Add the shrimp, simmer briefly, and then serve. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
