- 200 g raspberries
- 200 g currants, red
- 2 tbsp juice (pear syrup)
- 125 g mascarpone
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 10 ice cubes

Blend everything together—minus the ice cubes. Crush the ice, divide it into glasses, and pour the smoothie over it.
