Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 rosemary sprigs, fresh
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 100 ml oil (pure vegetable oil, e.g. rapeseed oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Total time approx. 3 days 5 minutes

for baked potatoes or chicken

Place the rosemary, sea salt, and pepper into a small bottle (approx. 120-150 ml). Top with oil and let stand for at least 1-3 days. Ideal for gifting, the spice can be left to stand for about 14 days, after which the flavor intensifies! Drizzle it over baked potatoes and finish cooking in the oven. For chicken fillets or roast chicken, brush it over the meat and finish cooking! It will keep for about 4-6 weeks!
