Noodle stew with smoking

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 sausages (smoking, well-hung)
  • 4 stalk(s) leeks
  • 500 g tagliatelle, wide
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • Fondor
  • pepper
  • possibly salt
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the smoked leeks and sear them in a deep pot (without any extra fat). Add the washed, sliced leeks and fry briefly. Then add the raw pasta and fill with water, making sure the pasta isn’t completely covered (too much water will make it taste a bit watery). Simmer everything until the pasta is al dente. It should have a smooth consistency; if the mixture is too watery, skim off some of the water. Now add the tomato paste and stir well. Finally, season with Fondor and pepper. If the smoked leeks aren’t spicy enough, add a little more salt! The pasta stew is also great for reheating the next day; it will be well-seasoned and taste amazing!
