Nut crust with sour cherries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 jar sour cherries
  • 1 ½ packs of cake glaze
  • 2 cups of cream
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Fold in hazelnuts and baking powder. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 1/2 hour. Thicken 1 jar of sour cherries with 1 1/2 packets of cake glaze, then pour over the cooled base. Whip 2 cups of cream, pour over the cherries, and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
