Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 600 ml cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 g chocolate shavings
  • 80 ml lemon juice
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of lemon peel
  • 2 packs of instant gelatin

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes

Buttermilk lemon cream

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form and chill. Combine the sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest with the buttermilk. Stir in the instant gelatin according to the package instructions. Fold the cream and chocolate shavings into the buttermilk mixture. Pour the cream into dessert glasses and chill for about 4 hours.
