Gnocchi and fennel pan with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g gnocchi
  • 500 g fennel with greens
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • Butter for frying
  • Pepper, mixed, freshly ground
  • Lemon juice, some dashes

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and easy

Clean the fennel bulbs and greens, halve them, remove the stems, and cut into small strips or pieces. Cut the smoked salmon into strips. Heat butter in a large, deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the gnocchi for a few minutes until golden brown. Add the fennel and sauté for about two minutes. Then add the smoked salmon and deglaze everything with the whipped cream. Finally, stir in the cream cheese and season to taste with a few grinds of pepper and a few squeezes of lemon juice.
