Gnocchi with salmon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g gnocchi from the refrigerated section
  • 70 g smoked salmon
  • 50 g cucumber(s)
  • 50 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp chives and chopped parsley (optional)
  • 30 g Gouda, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fry the gnocchi in a pan according to the package instructions, or heat them in an air fryer or in an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the gnocchi during the last few minutes of cooking. Meanwhile, dice the smoked salmon and cucumber. Season the sour cream with salt and pepper, and add chives and chopped parsley (optional). When the gnocchi are done, mix everything together. The dish will be just lukewarm. Per serving: Approx. 522 kcal. Tip: Alternatively, you can buy ready-made sour cream instead of sour cream.
