Ingredients for 50 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Lemon peel, grated
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Knead butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, a little grated lemon zest, egg yolk, flour, and baking powder into a smooth dough. Then grind the dough through a meat grinder fitted with a cookie cutter attachment, place it on a baking sheet, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat).
