Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 bell peppers
- 2 small zucchini
- 3 packs of feta cheese (in one piece)
- Garlic, as needed and to taste
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the bell peppers, zucchini, feta, and garlic. Place the feta slices side by side on a baking sheet, leaving a little space between them, and distribute the vegetables and garlic evenly over them. Drizzle with plenty of oil. Bake for 20-50 minutes at 180°C (top and bottom heat is best), until the vegetables are relatively soft and the feta is golden brown in spots. I always serve this with baguette and a mixed salad. You can vary the vegetables as desired.
