Ingredients for 40 servings:
- 225 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs, including the yolk
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- 200 g flour
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 125 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 tsp rum
- some flavoring (orange flavor)
- Nougat mass
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, cinnamon, cocoa powder, rum, and orange flavoring with a mixer until smooth. Combine flour and hazelnuts, and mix everything together. Fill a piping bag and pipe into sticks about 4 cm long. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes on the middle shelf. Spread with nougat mixture, sticking them together, and dip half of one side in chocolate.
