  • 100 g light ham cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

easy and quick, ideal after a long day at work

Bring the butter to a boil in a saucepan along with the cooking cream, water, pasta, ham, and seasoning. Use the salt sparingly for now because of the diced ham. In the meantime, grate the cheese and finely dice the tomato. Once the liquid has boiled, reduce the heat and stir occasionally. Just before the liquid has completely absorbed into the pasta, add the cheese and stir in. Once the cheese has completely dissolved, add the tomato and stir in. Season to taste. If the pasta is too firm to the bite, add a little more water. Let stand on the turned off heat for 2-3 minutes, stir thoroughly, and enjoy.
