Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 10 g butter
- 30 g onion(s), chopped
- 200 g celeriac, cleaned
- 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 400 ml vegetable broth, about
- salt and pepper
- 50 ml cream, liquid
- e.g. chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the chopped onion, and sauté. Chop the celery into small pieces, add it, and sauté. Add the garlic. Deglaze with the broth and simmer with the lid on until the celery is soft. Purée with an immersion blender, season with salt and pepper, and add the cream. Finely chop the chives. Sprinkle over the soup.
