Cheese cream with three cheeses

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g cheese, 45% fat, e.g. Burländer
  • 150 g double cream cheese
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 100 g cream
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk all ingredients together with a hand blender. Add cream to desired consistency, season to taste, and you’re done. No additional seasonings are required. It’s an ideal side dish on fresh baguette for a barbecue or simply as a spread. A quick spread that’s also great for dipping.
