Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cup(s) milk, about 250 ml each
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • some chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Hot chocolate for the cold season

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, stir, and heat to the desired temperature. The cocoa is ready. Tips: With this cocoa, you can experiment with the spices. Pepper, for example, enhances the effect of the spices. You can also vary the milk. Almond milk also tastes delicious. The spices make this cocoa anti-inflammatory.
