Hot white chocolate with lavender

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp lavender flowers, dried
  • 4 pieces of white chocolate
  • some cream (spray cream)
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings and lavender flowers for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Heat the milk and lavender blossoms in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once the mixture has simmered slightly, strain the milk, catching the lavender blossoms in a sieve. Return the milk to the pan and stir in the chocolate. Then pour the hot chocolate milk into a glass, top with whipped cream, and garnish with a few chocolate shavings and lavender blossoms.
